Designed by PTID, AIA Group's new office fit-out at 509 St Kilda Road in Melbourne was completed by Renascent and is situated across 2.5 floors.

The two main floors on levels 5 & 6 provided an open plan workspace with approximately 630 workstations, a substantial number of private offices, meeting rooms and informal meeting areas as well as new amenities and kitchens on each floor. Level 7 featured a large refurbished presentation space which opened out on to a new rooftop terrace consisting of a BBQ area, seating areas and basketball court. 

Our Entente booth high back lounge from Boss Design was used to create private, informal meeting and collaboration spaces.
