The brand new 1309 restaurant, named after its address on the Melba Highway, offers upscale modern Australian cuisine and an extensive drinks menu with boutique Balgownie wine, cocktails and more. Meals are available in the luxurious new restaurant building hosted by Executive Chef Aidan Gallagher, designed by ZWEI Interiors & Architecture (now BayleyWard) with a capacity to accommodate 100 customers in its bright and modern interiors furnished with the Frisbee model from the Cizeta Premium collection.
